But you, when you pray, go into your room, and when you have shut your door, pray to your Father who is in the secret place; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly….. For your Father knows the things you have need of before you ask Him.(Matthew 6:6, 8b)
When you wake up, before you lay down and all through the day pray (talk to God). Never forget the strength, peace, understanding, guidance, comfort, answers, healing, power over our challenges etc. that you receive when you go to God. Whatever you pray about God will show you and others that He heard you. He already knows what you need, go to Him and receive it.
